Lot Selection Assistance. We keep in constant contact with existing home owners, real estate agents and land developers to assist in helping you find the perfect building site. If a teardown is required, we can assist with permitting as well.
Architectural Design. Our involvement with the design team can be critical to the overall sensibility of your project. The design and budget are not independent and ideally should not be treated as such. We can work with your favorite architect or can arrange to have your project designed by some of the remarkable architects that share a passion for great design and respect the boundaries of your budget.
Cabinetry Design & Interior Selections. These details greatly impact the final cost of your new custom home or custom renovation. We have cultivated extensive relationships with the area’s finest architects, carpenters, tradesmen, interior designers and product manufacturers to present you with a wealth of options that create the “wow” factor aesthetically.
Cost Analysis and Budgeting. Shortly after the architectural design process begins, we can provide a baseline budget. As the design evolves from conceptual to actual, estimating adjustments are made and controlled utilizing input from skilled estimators as well as individual trade partners to ensure maximum value. Everything is reviewed with you to ensure that the estimate provided with the construction contract is accurate and that you clearly understand the scope of work required to complete your project successfully.
Permit Application & Procurement. When the final blueprint and budget are approved, we then move forward and submit our plans for new home construction to the town for review by local officials. We will keep you apprised every step of the way with open communication.
